  • Images & Media
    If possible, include at least one relevant image or infographic. Images must be copyright-free or properly cited.
  • Tone & Language
    We prefer a friendly, accessible tone—write like you’re helping a friend or fellow student. Avoid jargon unless explained clearly.
  • Editing Rights
    We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, formatting, or SEO optimization.
  • Author Bio
    Include a 2–3 sentence bio with your article. You’re welcome to add a link to your personal website or social media handles.
  • Submission Format
    Send your article as a .doc or .docx file (or Google Doc). Use headers, subheaders, and bullet points for clear formatting. Email submissions to: alif@ciptajasadigital.com.
  • Submission Deadline
    No fixed deadline—we accept guest posts on a rolling basis. However, earlier submissions will be prioritized for review and publishing.
  • Keywords
    Please include up to 3 keywords you’d like to target with your post. Use them naturally within your content for better SEO.

    Yes! You get a do-follow link in your author bio, and you may include up to 3 relevant links in your content.

  2. Do you offer payment for guest posts?
    Currently, we don’t offer monetary compensation. However, contributors benefit from backlinks, exposure to our university-focused audience, and the chance to showcase their expertise.

  3. How often can I contribute?
    You’re welcome to submit multiple articles over time. We recommend spacing them out to avoid content overlap and keep ideas fresh.

  4. What topics perform best?
    Articles about university recommendations, student life hacks, budgeting, and campus mental health tips tend to perform really well with our readers.

  5. Can I republish my post on my own blog?
    Not immediately. Please wait six months after publication before republishing. If you do, credit our site with a link to the original post.
